Convenient Check-In/ Check-Out:

You can check-in at any time and leave your luggage in the reception hence does not need to wait for the room to be ready. Rooms are ready by 1:00 P.M.

Check-out is hassle free and you can leave your luggage in the reception at no extra charge on the day of check-out.  How ever our check in time is after 1:00 P.M. and Checkout time is 11:00 A.M.

Free Left-luggage:

We offer a free left luggage service whereby you can leave your luggage in reception on the day of departure and enjoy a hassle free day in London. This service saves you over £7 per item (Cost of left-luggage facility at Victoria station.)

Special Continental Breakfast:

Our buffet continental breakfast will give you a great start to your day with a choice of fruit juices, choice of cereals, choice of hot drinks and croissant and toast with butter, jam and marmalade, choice of Bread brown or white.

Complimentary Toiletries:

We provide all our guests with complimentary toiletries.
After conducting a survey we found that our guests were environmentally conscious and in the interests of avoiding unnecessary washing and use of detergents we provide fresh linen and towels every alternate day.

Free Internet!

All rooms have free access to internet wirelessly in the rooms.

All Non-Smoking rooms!

Our Entire property is Non-Smoking. So We have 3 Smoking zones out side the hotel where you can smoke.

Free street parking :

Free Parking is available outside Caswell Hotel on Gloucester Street from Monday to Friday 18:30 to 8:30, Friday 18:30 to Monday 8:30, and on Bank Holidays. Paid parking is available except this hours just 5 minute walk on Warwick Way called "Master Car Park".
